Shipping & Return Policy

P R O C E S S I N G & S H I P P I N G

We ship all our packages through major logistics companies. Shipping is charged on invoice
value as follows –
• ₹70 for all prepaid orders all over India
• ₹40 for all Cash on delivery orders all over India

DELIVERIES

All orders are dispatched within 3-5 Business days of order confirmation. Tracking details for your orders are sent to you via mail and WhatsApp upon dispatch of your order from our warehouse. Only after dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number sent to you via mail. Tracking links –

Our logistic partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know or at +918800155394 for us to resend it as soon as we receive it. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. Standard Delivery time is 7 to 10 Days.

PAYMENTS

Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted for all eligible pin codes. We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

• Paid order once placed are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Contact via email for Store
Credit.
• Store Credit validity will be 3 months from the day Credit Note has been issued.

R E T U R N P O L I C Y

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@theglittercup.com with a picture
attachment of the incorrect or damaged product.
In case of Damage & Defective product, Exchange or Store Credit will be provided.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hrs if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Do not forget to mail us with an
attachment of the product picture you have received, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at theglittercup@gmail.com.

REFUND
If you would like to apply for a refund considering the reasons mentioned above, please do mention the reason for applying for the same, when you mail us if you would like to opt for a refund or an exchange.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All final decisions regarding any exchange/ return approval will be made by the company.
